- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement that you accept legal action from the party who originally filed the copyright claim.
If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and notify them that we may restore the removed content. If the complainant does not file a legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed content.
