How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content has been copied or used in a way that violates copyright laws, please submit the following details:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to help us locate it (such as a URL).
  • Your contact details, including your address, phone number, and email address.
  • A written statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  • A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe that your removed content does not infringe copyrights or that you have the legal rights to use it, you can submit a counter-notice including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  • Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement that you accept legal action from the party who originally filed the copyright claim.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and notify them that we may restore the removed content. If the complainant does not file a legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed content.

Important Notes

  • Filing a false or bad-faith claim may result in legal consequences.
  • We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
  • In appropriate cases, we may take further action against repeat offenders.
